Our ceilings are easy to install and require minimal maintenance. The panels can be quickly mounted and are easy to clean, ensuring the antimicrobial properties remain effective over time.
SAFEX antimicrobial ceilings are crucial in maintaining sterile conditions in surgical suites, laboratories, and isolation rooms. The ceilings help minimize the spread of airborne contaminants, which is particularly important in areas where patients with compromised immune systems are treated. Research indicates that improving environmental hygiene through solutions like antimicrobial ceilings can reduce airborne microbial contamination by over 80%.
Controlling contamination is critical to product safety and quality in industries such as food processing, pharmaceutical production, and biotechnology. SAFEX ceilings are ideal for these environments, providing antimicrobial protection and noise reduction in areas where precision and cleanliness are paramount.
A leading medical center recently upgraded its surgical suites with SAFEX antimicrobial ceilings. The result was a marked improvement in air quality, with a 75% reduction in airborne bacterial load. This improvement contributed to lower post-surgical infection rates, showcasing the ceilings’ effectiveness in critical care environments.
