Our wall cladding is infused with advanced antimicrobial agents that disrupt microorganisms’ cellular processes, effectively preventing their growth and proliferation. Studies have shown that surfaces treated with antimicrobial agents can reduce bacterial presence by up to 99.9% within 24 hours.
SAFEX antimicrobial wall cladding is made from robust materials that resist wear and tear. It is ideal for areas that require frequent cleaning and disinfection. The material is also resistant to moisture, stains, and chemicals, ensuring it remains effective and aesthetically pleasing for years.
Our wall cladding’s smooth, non-porous surface prevents dirt and grime from accumulating, making it easy to clean and maintain. Regular cleaning does not compromise the antimicrobial properties, ensuring continuous protection.
Our products comply with global health and safety standards, including ISO 22196, which evaluates the antimicrobial activity on plastic and other non-porous surfaces. This ensures that our wall cladding meets the stringent requirements necessary for use in healthcare settings.
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), HAIs affect hundreds of millions of patients globally each year, and implementing effective infection prevention measures, like antimicrobial wall cladding, can reduce these incidents by up to 70%.
SAFEX antimicrobial wall cladding is used extensively in operating rooms, patient wards, and sterile processing areas. Providing a hygienic barrier that prevents microbial growth plays a vital role in reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs).
Maintaining hygiene is crucial in commercial environments such as food processing plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing units, and clean rooms to meet regulatory standards and ensure consumer safety. SAFEX wall cladding provides a reliable solution for these sectors, offering both protection against contamination and a clean, professional appearance.
In a recent project, SAFEX partnered with a major hospital chain to install antimicrobial wall cladding in their intensive care units (ICUs). Over a one-year period, the hospital reported a 65% reduction in HAIs in areas where the cladding was installed, demonstrating the effectiveness of this product in real-world applications.
