The products contain zero VOCs and can achieve a class 0 fire rating. Available in an array of colours and finishes, easy to clean, watertight, and durable, antimicrobial hygienic cladding is perfect for a number of areas ranging from operating theatres to commercial kitchens and wetrooms.

Chemical resistance

Safex® is resistant to a wide range of chemicals found within the medical, healthcare, and food production industries – Full chemical resistance data report available on request.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular hot soapy water is sufficient for regular cleaning and a mild cleaning product such as Jif/Cif is suitable for stubborn marks. Mild solvents may also be used but NOT an abrasive cleaner. Steam cleaning is suitable under 60˚C.

PVC 2-PART DIVISION BAR (‘H TRIM)

This high-impact PVC co-extrusion is wall fixed, and sheets are inserted to provide a sealed junction.

WELD JOINT DETAIL

Safex can be hot or cold welded to provide a fully sealed, seamless finish. NOT suitable for environments with high-temperature changes, such as saunas or steam rooms. Please contact our technical team on 0330 100 0313 for site condition evaluation prior to specification.

PVC EDGE TRIM (‘J-TRIM’)

This high-impact PVC co-extrusion is wall fixed, and sheets are inserted to provide a neat, sealed finish at junctions around doors, window frames, and end stops.

THERMOFORMED CORNERS

Safex can be thermoformed on-site to provide a seamless, uniform corner arrangement for a strong, easily cleaned finish.

VINYL FLOOR 2-PART JOINT DETAIL

A highly flexible detail that allows either the flooring or cladding to be installed first.

VINYL FLOOR OVERLAY DETAIL

Safex can be installed directly over the vinyl floor, typically with a 50mm overlay.

Zinc-Ion Antimicrobial Technology
